Scope

These terms apply to quotations, orders and services provided by Surmount TCS ('we'). A signed work order or written agreement prevails over these terms.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.

Delivery and commissioning

Timelines depend on site readiness, approvals and access provided by the client. We will inform you promptly of any expected delay.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the quotation or order. Delayed payment may suspend work.

Warranty and liability

Warranty follows the manufacturer's terms for supplied equipment and the period stated for installation work. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
